libatspi0-udeb software package provides Assistive Technology Service Provider Interface - module for d-i, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatspi0-udeb
libatspi0-udeb is installed in your system.
